What to expect
- Initial consent, information collection and history taking
- Disrobe in privacy down to the underwear if comfortable doing so
- We have a discrete changing room and optional gowns for your comfort and privacy
- Physical screening and testing for developing a diagnosis
- Discuss the working diagnosis and plan for treatment
- Receive treatment including stretches, massage, joint movements
- After getting dressed again, we'll discuss the findings and effects of the treatment
- Prescription of management activities such as condition education, exercises, ergonomics and functional activity advice
- Payment and consult planning
